Job Description As Senior Regional Marketing Manager (China market focus), you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the regional business strategy. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for China and Chinese-speaking markets. Owening the country-level P&L and allocating budgets to achieve commercial goals. Leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Partnerships teams. Driving digital marketing initiatives across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization. Acting as the internal advocate for the region, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Overseeing onboarding funnel improvements and ensuring smooth client journeys. Developing strategic plans for 2026 and beyond, ensuring clear business direction. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in regional marketing or country management roles, with a strong focus on China. Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact and manage P&L. Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Experience in financial services or brokerage; crypto background is a plus.
