Stewarding Agent - Terrace Boulud Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong is looking for a Stewarding Agent - Terrace Boulud to join our Food & Beverage Service team. Responsibilities Perform general dishwashing duties and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen Operate the dishwashing machine properly and safely Ensure that all operating equipment is washed and cleaned in the correct manner Familiarise with the handling and use of all cleaning equipment used in Stewarding Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time Qualifications With relevant working experience in a similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably with pre‑opening experience in a luxury hotel Flexible and willing to work shift duties Our Commitment to You Learning & Development – Your success is our success.
