About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Stewarding Agent - Terrace Boulud is responsible for daily Stewarding operations, ensuring proper handling, washing, and storage of chinaware, glassware, silverware, and other items, as well as maintaining cleanliness in all operation areas. The Stewarding Agent - Terrace Boulud reports to the Stewarding Supervisor - Terrace Boulud. Stewarding Agent - Terrace Boulud, you will be responsible for the following duties Perform general dishwashing duties and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen Operate the dishwashing machine properly and safely Ensure that all operating equipment is washed and cleaned in the correct manner Familiarise with the handling and use of all cleaning equipment used in Stewarding Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time Stewarding Agent - Terrace Boulud, we expect from you With relevant working experience in similar capacity in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably with pre‑opening experience in a luxury hotel Flexible and willing to work shift duties Our commitment to you Learning & Development.
