Responsibilities:- Be the key point of contact within Sales team and support Account Managers across all deliverables.
- Assist Account Managers with onboarding logistics and contract renewals.
- Extract Salesforce data to develop dashboards and sales reports.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support Sales team in new business development and existing account expansion.
- Generate leads to help build a strong pipeline of clientele.
- Support Consultant Experience team in liaising quarterly/ monthly virtual and in-person events.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent command in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus.
- Good knowledge in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Show initiative and be a proactive team member with a can-do attitude.
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for Intern. More experienced candidates will be considered for Account Manager.
