Overlooking Hong Kong’s bright lights from above Admiralty’s Pacific Place, our House has 117 rooms. Bespoke service, well-crafted natural materials and a design aesthetic based around the ‘Upward Journey’ creates a timeless serenity that flows through the different rooms of our House. Job Overview This role assists a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalized and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Those who are genuinely passionate about interacting with people, have an ability to establish connections with warmth and an engaging personality will enjoy this role. Key Responsibilities Inputsand updates room reservations into the hotel’s property management system accurately. Handlesguest inquiries in relation to Hotel services, facilities and rates. Coordinateswith other operating departments such as Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Restaurant & Bar to arrange guest’s requirement. AlertsDirector of Reservations & Revenue in changes of room inventory. Upsellthe hotel’s products and services. Undertakesother duties and responsibilities as required by Management. Requirements 1 year working experience in hotel, catering or other service industry. A diploma or certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines. Familiar with theInfor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) would be an. Strong interpersonal skills with a strong attention to details. Fully computer literate. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua or other language would be a definite advantage.
