Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement business transformation agenda focusing on areas such as operational efficiency, cost reduction, quality enhancement and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, drive and monitor efficiency of cross-departmental project deliveries, providing strategic solutions to streamline and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Facilitate process transformation and adopt efficient tools to improve employee journey and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, document, and analyze existing business processes across functions, understand bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
- Participate in regional process transformation, e.g. testing excellence.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance and track progress over time. Establish mechanisms for regular monitoring, reporting, and analysis of process improvement initiatives.
- Develop materials to educate employees on new processes, tools and methodologies. Provide coaching and support to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- Degree or above with a major in Information Technology/ Fintech/ Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in strategy planning, Fintech and digital transformation project management experience gained in the banking industry is preferable.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and overcoming resistance to change.
- Hands-on experience in exploring collaboration with Singapore, Mainland China, Taiwan, India.
- Holder of professional qualification PMP/ Scrum Master/ Agile Certified Practitioner is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiar with agile delivery tools e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Tableau.
- Familiar with data & AI tools.
