Job Description Job Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end product campaign process, from planning, execution to monitoring and fulfilment Campaign Planning: Assist in planning and implementing life and health insurance product campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product campaign design Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the project activities and timelines. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and milestones Execution Oversight: Monitor the execution of product campaigns, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards Campaign Fulfilment: Manage the entire fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery of the ongoing campaign fulfilment in production. Maintain accurate supporting documentation for fulfilment Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or related discipline Minimum 5 years of working experience in product campaign, project management or marketing, preferably within the life insurance industry Strong organizational and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with experience in data management for campaign fulfilment Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, with experience with Tableau and SQL is an advantage Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.
