Principal Human Factors Consultant Requirements University Degree with honors in Ergonomics / Human Factors; Chartered Engineer preferable or equivalent qualifications / experience; Have at least 10 years’ post graduate experience; Presentable, self‑motivated and willing to actively contribute in all facets of consultancy business development and operation; Experience in rail sector, international experience an advantage; Experienced in Human Reliability Analysis, Ergonomic Study, THERP, Task and Workload Analysis, HEART, etc.; Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
