About the role SRF Partners & Co is seeking a passionate Audit Junior / Audit Semi-senior to join our team in the Tsuen Wan District. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our external audit activities and contributing to the overall success of the company. What you'll be doing Assisting with the planning, execution and reporting of external audits for a diverse range of clients Performing detailed analytical reviews, process walkthroughs and substantive testing procedures Identifying and documenting audit findings, recommendations and suggested improvements Collaborating with the audit team to ensure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction Developing a strong understanding of the clients' businesses, industries and accounting practices Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency What we're looking for Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 1-3 years of experience in external audit, preferably with a reputable accounting firm Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members Proficiency in using audit software and data analytics tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends What we offer At SRF Partners & Co, we are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
