Join to apply for the Associate Senior Officer / Senior Principal Officer - Branding & Marketing role at HKR International Limited Work Location: Discovery Bay The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, media initiatives and branding efforts for Discovery Bay (DB). This role also involves leading digital and social media strategies to enhance DB's positive image and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Additionally, the incumbent will support marketing initiatives for the Group projects to foster synergy and boost brand awareness. Responsibilities Communicate regularly with key tenants to update them on Discovery Bay news and encourage participation in promotions and support initiatives Assist in organising marketing campaigns and events, manage tenders, monitor trends and prepare campaign review reports Maintain website content, manage social media, leverage AI and data analytics to enhance digital marketing and increase brand awareness and engagement Support photo/video shoots, media/KOL events, PR campaigns, maintain media databases, pitch for exposure and prepare media reports and analysis Handle copywriting and production of marketing collaterals, coordinate with vendors on design and manage advertising spots portfolio in Discovery Bay Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements University graduate with 3 - 5 years relevant working experience Good hands-on knowledge and experience in consumer, retail marketing, advertising, promotion and event organising Social media savvy and knowledgeable in digital marketing and AI-applications Good understanding in copywriting and brand-building Strong communication skills, mature, confident, creative, resourceful and able to work under pressure Detail-oriented, capable of handling multi-tasks and meeting tight deadlines A team player and problem solver with pleasant and outgoing personality Strong media relations, presentation, communications and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Senior Officer – Branding & Marketing Application Method: Online application – Visit our website (Career Opportunities / Branding & Marketing) to complete the online application form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
