Primary Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client success KPIs within assigned client base, including case management within ServiceNow. Train new and existing clients on the ThriveClientExperience and Thrive Client Portal to ensureanoptimumservice delivery experience. Collaboratewith ProjectManagementOrganization for new client onboarding andchange toservices.This includes building the relationship with the client to position the CSM as a trusted partner. Proactively follow-up withclientsto ensure a positive experience through transactional CSAT surveys. Discover feedback trends to find opportunities to enhance ourclient’sexperiencewith Thrive. Partner withService Delivery andthe Retention teamonclientqualityimprovementplans, andeffectively work with the internal departments to achieve agreed upon enhancementsanddeliverables. Serve as the client’s point of escalation,as needed. Qualifications Strongprofessionalinterpersonal skills.Excellent organizational andwrittencommunication skills including client-facing interaction. Highly motivated, energetic with the ability to excel in a fast-paced changing environment. Education and Experience 4-yearcollege degree with 2yearsclient facing experience in a client success oraccount management type ofrolepartnering with service delivery teamsispreferred.In lieu of a degree, 5yearsclient facing experience in a client success or account management type of rolepartnering with service deliveryisrequired. Language Skills Effectively be able toescalateservice-relatedinformation and respond to questions from clientsand internal employees, manageescalationsand see through to resolution. Cantonese speaker preferred. Mandarin speaking skills are nice to have. Technical Skills Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office products.ServiceNow and Salesforce a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
