From collaborating with publishers and licensors in France, Italy, Germany, and the UK – to executing product development tailored to Japanese market standards – we’ve built long‑term relationships through cultural fluency, technical reliability, and consistent delivery. Key Responsibilities Product Development Management: Oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Time Management: Lead in planning and managing project timelines to meet deadlines and ensure smooth production flow. Communication: Handle external communications with overseas clients and internal communications with the factory in China to ensure seamless collaboration. Budget Management: Manage and control product‑related budgets, ensuring financial clarity and adherence to allocated resources. Financial Awareness: Calculate and monitor product P&L to ensure profitability and make informed decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with product/graphic designers and the shipping department to ensure products are launched and shipped on time. Flexible Team Player: Willingness to travel to Mainland China and overseas as needed. Experience and Skills Requirements Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or model development. DSE or at least Form 5 level of education is a must. Skills: Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams. Proficiency in budget management. Strong problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot production issues. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulae and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus for international communication.
