(Toys) Project Coordinator (Product Development / Manufacturing & Design) Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator/Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position entails coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of our innovative product development projects. As part of your responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our in-house team and our manufacturing partners. What you'll be doing Coordinate and Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent product development projects, specifically within manufacturing and design. Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production) to align on project objectives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring design intent is preserved throughout the manufacturing process. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, emphasizing design and production alignment. Identify and resolve project-related issues , escalating when necessary to ensure on‑time project delivery and adherence to design specifications. Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools. Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure efficient production and delivery of products, maintaining high standards of design integrity. Manage administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments. What we're looking for Relevant degree in Design, Product Design, Product Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or project engineering, preferably in manufacturing or product development. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong sense with color tone is highly preferred. Energetic, passionate, and knowledgeable about MOVIES and Lifestyle products is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners. Familiarity with AI and Photoshop is advantageous. Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment. Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to the PRC.
