Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans, programs, and schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Conduct delay analysis, forensic investigations, and risk assessments to identify causes of delays and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery in infrastructure sectors such as transportation, utilities, and urban development. Prepare reports, claims, and expert testimony for dispute resolution related to delays and extensions of time. Provide on-site support for construction projects, including progress monitoring and resource allocation. Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PSP, CCP) are a plus. 3+ years of experience in planning, programming, and delay analysis within infrastructure or construction projects. Proficiency in project management software and strong analytical skills for delay forensics. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with diverse teams and clients; English proficiency is preferred. Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
