Responsibilities Reporting to the SVP – Project Lead, lead a team and provide effective planning control including initial establishment, constant reviewing/monitoring against actual progress, and initiating mitigation planning of the development program, Master Program and Operational Readiness Program. Develop the Master Project Schedule for Phase 4 project and update periodically. Formulate and develop detailed development program to meet various key milestones and completion requirement of designated project(s). Review, comment and consolidate on the design schedule of the consultants and on the construction schedule for each contractor. Prepare relevant presentation materials including PowerPoint presentations to Senior Management. Review the consultants and contractors' claims for extension of time and provide a detailed delay analysis along with recommendations for mitigating such delays. Lead the preparation of the progress reports. Monitor and report relevant information of concern, decisions and approvals required from Project Lead & Director. Liaise with different department managers, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to identify clean critical paths, major activities, key dates and key event indicators. Continually review, assess and comment on contractors’ construction program and advise improvements to ensure compatibility with the master program. Monitor actual activities progress, compare progress with planned schedule and flag up major discrepancies for timely remedial actions including development of mitigation measures. Liaise with construction department and operation departments for effective implementation of Operational Readiness Plan and Program. Develop and maintain project tracking systems as needed for effective management, monitoring and control of the consultants' deliverables and the works of the various contractors. Coordinate with other members of the project team regarding timely provisions of input for incorporation in the project reports. Review site correspondence in response to vendor, contractor and/or design team's failure to meet scheduled deliverables or key milestones. Participate and minute weekly Progress Meeting with the contractors. Prepare and consolidate documents for handover to OPs, monitor and report handover progress regularly, consolidate and upkeep duly signed documents. Ideal Candidate High Diploma/ Degree or above in Building Management, Construction Management or related fields; 15 or more years relevant project experience in the construction and MEP planning discipline Well versed with construction planning and monitoring tools and techniques, and experienced in computer aided project management software (MS Project, Primavera, MS Office and PowerPoint) Experience in Hotel & Casino development projects in Macau is preferred. Strong communication skills with different stake-interest owners of the Development Program Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
