Customer Services Specialist - Investment Advisory Job Description: Customer Services Specialist - Investment Advisory My client a leading bank isseeking an experienced Customer Services Specialist to help provide investment advice to their everyday customers. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Hong Kong Securities &Investment Institute Ilicense, and will be responsible for providing financialguidance to clients over the phone. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients to provide investment guidelines and recommend suitable financial products. Assess clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment goals to provide personalized recommendations. Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Document client interactions and update customer records accurately in the database. This is a shift-based role with the earliest at 8.00AM. Qualifications: Valid Investment Advisor license, such as HKSI certification. Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
