Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic plan of the company's AI technology, and promoting the extensive application and in-depth development of AI technology in the company's business.
  • Lead the AI research and development team, responsible for the research, development, optimization and implementation of AI algorithms, and improve the intelligent level of the company's products.
  • Track the frontier of AI technology, research new technologies and new algorithms, and provide strong support for the company's technological innovation and product upgrading.
  • Cooperate with other departments to promote the integration and innovation of AI technology in the company's products, services and operations.
  • Improve system design and code quality.
Job Requirements
  • Master degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, automation or related field is preferred.
  • 8 + years of AI research and development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior AI technology management position.
  • Proficient in machine learning, deep learning and other algorithms, familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch and other mainstream AI frameworks, with a solid programming foundation.
  • Excellent technical insight and innovation ability, able to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems.
