Company Type: Japanese Multinational Corporation. Japanese multinational brand Specialized in the design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of cutting-edge smart home consumer electronics. Hong Kong office: APAC regional office and sales office. Main market: APAC. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales companies and distributors. Follow up proactively with customers to maximize sales performance and ensure satisfaction. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals. Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates. Coordinate sales and marketing activities across internal teams. Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business presentations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development. Participate in occasional business travel as required. Work collaboratively within a sales support team of six members. Ideal Candidates: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support. Experience in electronic devices is a plus. Familiarity with the Asia market is highly preferred. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including Power Pivot), Word, and PowerPoint. Positive, engaging, and professional demeanor. Strong administrative and coordination skills.
