Customer Service Officer Join to apply for the Customer Service Officer role at JLL . Responsibilities Provide top‑notch concierge services to residents, tenants and guests. Sit on top of their needs, as well as all incoming and outgoing calls. Come to grips with problems in a professional manner and hand over the faults or issues to the right personnel. Pay visits to residents or tenants and attend to their concerns regularly. Act as the go‑to person for all facilities bookings, using the visitor management system to register all tenants and guests. Keep track of all updates and feedback into the OMS until a particular case is closed. Assist the management team on the day‑to‑day operations. Qualifications Experienced: Minimum 'O' level certificate, with experience in a related field. Experience in global airline companies or leading hotels is an advantage; hotel concierge experience is highly valued. Passionate About Customers: Customer service is second nature; team player, eager to learn, flexible with shifting hours; positive‑thinking, full of pep, always on the go; superb communication skills. In The Know About Technology: IT‑savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
