Your Impact You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our due diligence projects and fostering exceptional client relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal operations teams and become a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout every phase of the project lifecycle. A Day of Your Life Provide Business-to-Business account servicing and sales support, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Act as a reliable contact point for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships while setting clear service standards to enhance client satisfaction. Prepare comprehensive quotations, engagement letters, and tailored sales materials that align with client needs and company offerings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales services and timely delivery of products. Handle ad hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting business needs. What you will need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in the commercial sector or a similar client support role, demonstrating a deep understanding of client service processes. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities—comfortable interpreting complex data and drawing insightful conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and collaborating with internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software. Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering exceptional results. High level of integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
