Contract Senior Officer (Operations Transformation) Job Responsibilities: This incumbent will be implementing strategy transformation program as core team member in the special task force under life insurance operation aiming to improve the operation efficiency in supporting the future growth of the company. The incumbent will be responsible for: working with the team lead on implementing operation transformation project aligned with the company long term strategy. conducting analysis on systems and processes, gathering and documenting the requirements for improvement areas. performing User Acceptance Test. creating prompts that effectively guide AI models to generate desired outputs for operations. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above with major in Business Studies, Information System, Insurance or relevant disciplines. 5 years or above working experience in underwriting/claims/policy administration or system testing (UAT) with AI prompt writing experience will be an advantage. Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering projects. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in using SQL and MS Visio will be an advantage. Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). We offer 5-day work week, attractive remuneration package and excellent training & development opportunities.
