Legal Consultant, Payment

We are currently seeking Legal Consultants experienced in Payments or Digital Assets to join our ranks and support our Global banking clients including Fortune 500s: Minimum Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have minimum of 6 years PQE in Payments or Digital assets Bank related experience is advantageous Fluent in English and Chinese Responsibilities: Manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in banking, payments, and digital assets; assess transactions, structures, and new initiatives; advise on evolving laws and regulations. Draft, negotiate, and update agreements with clients, fintech partners, and service providers; maintain templates and guidelines for payments and digital asset products. Handle investigations, complaints, and litigation; support regional projects and promote risk awareness across payments and digital initiatives.
