About the job We are looking for a self‑driven, fast‑learning, and future‑focused Senior Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and can translate complex technical concepts, especially around S8 and AI topics, into clear, audience‑friendly messaging. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing, APAC, and serve as the main point of contact for all marketing‑related activities in Hong Kong, owning the local strategy and execution end‑to‑end. Develop and execute Hong Kong’s annual marketing plan and campaign roadmap. Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new offerings, with a strong focus on Account‑Based Marketing (ABM). Provide market intelligence and performance insights to inform APAC‑wide strategies. Collaborate with industry associations and external partners to amplify brand presence. Campaign Management Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. Localise global and APAC strategies to suit Hong Kong’s market dynamics. Create and adapt campaign content in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. Translate complex or technical product and service information into clear, compelling, and layman‑friendly messaging for diverse audiences. Manage media partners and agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Analytics & Technical Fluency Use tools like Salesforce Pardot, Google Analytics, Craft CMS, and other platforms to track performance and optimise campaigns. Demonstrated experience in digital campaign optimisation, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance reporting. Translate data into actionable insights to improve ROI and inform future planning. Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with a strong analytical lens. Translate and proofread marketing content across languages with attention to tone and accuracy. Own the creation of B2B content including case studies, newsletters, and sales enablement materials. Manage and optimise social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat. Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints. Event Planning & Execution Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of physical and virtual events in Hong Kong. Manage logistics, branding, communications, and post‑event analysis. Deliver high‑impact, engaging experiences that align with business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, and represent marketing in cross‑functional planning and decision‑making forums. Contribute to team culture and help streamline workflows for greater efficiency. Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve marketing operations. Support internal process improvement and explore opportunities to scale impact across the region. Job Requirement Minimum of 5 years’ B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on the Hong Kong market. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in campaign management, Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), and event execution. Demonstrated ability to simplify technical and AI‑related concepts into clear, audience‑friendly messaging. Fluent in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Cantonese, and English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management tools (e.g. Salesforce Pardot, Google Analytics, Craft CMS). Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. A quick learner with a proactive, independent approach to work and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
