With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Trade Operations - under Equity Derivatives team. About the role Reporting to the Team Head, you will be responsible for managing trade operations for Equity-derivatives products. You have to manage trade capture, reconciliation, corporate actions and client servicing. You are requested to support trading desks by investigating exceptions and resolving issues related to bookings and trade discrepancies, as well as analyzing and addressing all trade exceptions to ensure timely responses to inquiries from both clients and trading desks. You need to collaborate with colleagues to develop reporting methodologies that support new products and business initiatives. In addition, you will perform settlement issues, handling operations projects and supporting workflow streamline to enhance operational effectiveness. The successful applicant Qualifications Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in managing Equity-Derivatives trade operations, OTC, FX, Structured Product, Futures in banks or financial firms. Good knowledge in Derivatives, systems enhancement, operation procedures, settlement flow and related regulatory requirements. Multi-tasking, detail minded and good communications skills. Sound computer skills, such as Microsoft Excel and VBA. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
