Add expected salary to your profile for insights Perform thorough and detailed clinical assessments to pinpoint patients’ needs and craft highly personalised, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver a full spectrum of advanced physiotherapy treatments encompassing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, neurorehabilitation robotics, functional training, and rehabilitation programmes Closely monitor patient progress, dynamically adjust treatment plans, and drive optimal clinical outcomes and quality-of-life improvements Work hand-in-hand with neurologists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, speech therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver genuine holistic, coordinated care Maintain meticulous, up-to-date patient records while adhering strictly to Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board regulations, data privacy laws, and international clinical standards Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through feedback, research, and professional development Requirements Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy or a directly related field. Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Hong Kong. Competence in managing patients with a wide range of functional abilities, including the use of assistive devices and hoist-supported transfers. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or clinical mentoring capacity with be a plus.
