PMC Manager (Vietnam Based, 45 minutes from Hanoi City) We are a Singapore listed Electronics Manufacturing Services (“EMS”) provider and the preferred supplier of some global companies in consumer electronics as well as industrial and commercial electronics products. Requirements: Degree or above in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, BA, Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or equivalent 10 years + solid experiences of which not less than 5 years at managerial level in electronic manufacturing service Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin) (Vietnamese preferable) Knowledge of ERP/MRPII/MES application, preferably familiarize with SAP system Responsibilities: Responsible for Master Schedule and Resource Planning (Manpower) Pro-actively fine tune Production Plans and maximize Production Capacity Utilization and Output (Molding, Bonding, SMT, AISS, Automation Line and Casing Line) Coordinate with internal departments on Master Schedule, Finished Goods on time delivery to Customer and Material Management To achieve of company KPI (e.g. Stock turns, Revenue achievement, Excess) Independent, Analytical dynamic, Self-motivated and good interpersonal skill Closely work with PRC PC Team for Planning and control job We offer 5.5 days work, excellent career prospects, competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
