Senior Quality Engineering Manager

Lead Quality Engineering Team to work closely with product development team, suppliers, and business partners throughout the entire product life cycle, and oversee the development, implementation and continuous improvement of product quality, quality processes and validation, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams throughout the product development lifecycle to mitigate the chances of defects, and provide inputs to product design, manufacturing process design, design transfer and testing to ensure meeting customer requirements and compliance. Lead quality review and approval of all technical documentation for design testing and development. Monitor the timely investigation and identification of the failure root cause and work with cross departments and relevant parties to drive a response. Formulate and oversee the execution of testing strategies to identify quality risks and defects. Interface with suppliers to ensure continued quality and provide guidance to support the quality standards to be met. Lead and facilitate Quality Improvement and Continuous Improvement projects. Perform ad hoc assignments by management. Requirements Diploma or above in Quality engineering, Manufacturing engineering, or related disciplines. 8 Years solid experience in quality or engineering management in manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position. Work experience in Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry is an advantage. Basic knowledge in ISO/QC/TS systems. Knowledge and experience in quality tools e.g. SPC, FMEA, PPAP techniques is preferred. Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented. Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin. Workbase in Dongguan (China).
