We are a member of a listed group with diversified operations across Asia. Our core business includes brand management and distribution of premium beauty brands, as well as strategic investments in real estate. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and working in the Finance Team of 8 members. Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end group financial consolidations. Prepare consolidated financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules in line with IPO requirements. Coordinate with external auditors for interim and annual audits, and IPO due diligence. Assist in the preparation of interim and annual group results for the IPO prospectus. Develop financial forecasts and budgets, including group‑level consolidation for IPO readiness. Conduct operational analyses and prepare management reports for senior executives and IPO advisors. Liaise with bankers, auditors, lawyers, and group entities during IPO preparation. Manage tax filings and compliance to meet listing standards. Qualifications Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional body. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in financial consolidation, preferably within listed companies, IPO, multinational corporations, or large audit firms. Strong technical expertise in consolidation across multiple subsidiaries and a solid understanding of IFRS. Prior IPO exposure or experience in listed companies is a significant advantage. Big4 experience with exposure to IPO or listed companies will also be considered. Familiarity with month‑end closing procedures and internal control frameworks. Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Competent in Microsoft Office applications. Benefits Annual leave: 14 days (1st year) to 20 days (maximum). Medical insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
