Highlights Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Support the CEO in strategic and operational management of manufacturing plants in Guangdong and Vietnam Work based in Hong Kong office with frequent trips to Guangdong and Vietnam Role Summary This post plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO with the strategic and operational management of our manufacturing facilities in Guangdong and Vietnam. This leadership position is responsible for driving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, managing costs, and mitigating operational risks. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in manufacturing management, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment. This role requires frequent travel to factory sites and direct engagement with global clients, making it an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional seeking a dynamic, high-impact leadership position in a growing global enterprise.
