Senior Product Design Manager

Senior Product Design Manager (Product Development / Manufacturing & Design) Lead the product design team in developing and executing design strategies that align with business goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define product vision and requirements. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery of design assets. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Create and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successfully launching products in a collaborative environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and methodologies. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Solidworks, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Strong knowledge of user‑centered design principles and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user feedback and data. Passionate about design and innovation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in specific industry, e.g., technology, consumer products, etc. Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Design Manager.
