You will oversee all store‑related operations including, but not limited to, store performance, inventory management, customer experience, team leadership, internal team responsibilities, and external partnerships. Your Mission Deeply understand On’s values and brand philosophy, staying tuned with On’s global activities and projects (e.g., sustainable development, athlete stories). Act as a cultural role model to drive team understanding and implementation of On culture in day‑to‑day work. Take responsibility for overall store performance and cost, formulating medium‑ and long‑term action plans based on the annual retail strategy at city and store level, piloting these plans innovatively. Commit to providing marvelous service to every consumer by elevating operation excellence (FoH & BoH) and building a store‑level Customer Relationship Management plan to stay connected with consumers. Set up and develop a high‑performing team, including talent planning, recruitment, training, and talent echelon building at store and city levels, providing timely and candid feedback. Effectively conduct cross‑functional communication and collaboration, providing consumer insights and market dynamics to simultaneously obtain support in store business and operation to achieve the store’s commercial goals. Lead different meetings to deepen the team’s understanding of their work and improve performance, and actively participate in cross‑functional meetings to secure understanding and support. Be responsible for self‑growth and development, proactively formulating your own development action plan with the Cluster Lead. Your story More than 4 years of experience in a customer‑oriented setting with managerial responsibilities, positive, optimistic, energetic, and an explorer of unknowns. Proactive in listening and providing help and suggestions to others, committed to delivering a WOW experience to consumers. Welcomes feedback, believing it is the foundation and motivation for self‑growth. Entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills to anticipate future store needs. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills. Native Chinese speaker with fluency in reading and writing English. Available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Sports lover with regular exercise habits and passion for movement; a strong plus to love running. Retail operational experience in the sports or fashion industry is a strong plus.
