Responsibilities Project administration and coordination. Planning and organising events. Marketing and promotion. Organising training workshops and briefing seminars. General administration and human resources management. Finance and supplies matters. Supervise and coordinate clerical/supporting staff to ensure smooth operation and administration of the operational unit. Undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings. Implement the quality policy of the operational unit. Qualifications A recognised degree, or equivalent. At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations. Experience in supporting projects and promotional activities is preferred. Self-initiated, willing to meet challenges and able to work independently. Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills. Good problem solving and time management skills, and be a good team player with high adaptability to changes and capability of meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. Notes Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. The work location is in Chai Wan. The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
