About the Organisation The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. (This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) Responsibilities Support the Development (District) team in fundraising efforts across corporate sponsorship, major gifts, and membership programmes. Prepare fundraising proposals and relevant agreements. Craft well-structured presentation decks to bring improvements to content and design layout. Conduct post-sponsorship reviews and prepare sponsorship reports. Stewardship responsibilities with existing sponsors and donors. Manage and optimise the use of the CRM system to ensure accurate data management and effective utilisation. Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities for account acquisition and strategies for market penetration. Prepare internal documents including administrative papers, memos and reports. Ensure all activities and initiatives align with the Authority's policies, goals, and objectives. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across all subsidiaries of WKCDA. Perform any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority. Qualifications Possess a recognised university degree in any discipline. Have at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a large-scale organisation. Show genuine interest and knowledge in arts and culture. Be highly organised, detail-oriented and possess a mature, professional demeanour. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Be comfortable working in a large, complex organisational environment. Have the ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance research, data analysis, and CRM utilisation to help improve fundraising and sponsorship outcomes – a plus.
