We sincerely invite professionals who are passionate about education to join our team as senior curriculum director, responsible for compiling courses and teaching materials on China's national conditions and national security education, organizing study visits and external promotion. Responsibilities Take the lead in designing and writing the curriculum framework, syllabus, and teaching materials suitable for the school's national education and national security education. Delve into China's national development history, education system, constitution, government structure, and national security concepts, and translate them into teaching content suitable for Hong Kong students. Plan and conduct teacher workshops, seminars, and professional development courses to enhance frontline teachers' understanding of relevant topics and teaching skills. Establish and expand cooperation with domestic local government departments, educational and scientific research institutions, and enterprises, and plan and organize domestic research and visit courses on topics such as national conditions, education, and innovation and technology. Establish close cooperative relationships with schools in Hong Kong to promote and implement school-based national conditions and national security education projects. Oversee the quality of course implementation, gather feedback, and continuously optimize teaching materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent, majoring in education, public administration, management, China studies, or related fields is preferred. At least 15 years of in-depth experience in policy research, education and training, publicity and promotion or related work in relevant Mainland institutions (such as national education units, policy research institutions, publicity departments, or management positions of large state-owned enterprises or central enterprises). In-depth understanding of China's national conditions, national policies, national security system, Hong Kong Basic Law and National Security Law. Extensive ties with government departments, educational and scientific research institutions, large enterprises, and industry associations in China, especially in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Excellent Chinese writing and presentation skills, and ability to translate complex policy concepts into clear and easy-to-understand teaching content.
