Email us your resume at with email title “Job Application: Senior Operations Manager.” About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior School Program & Operations Administrator to oversee the end‑to‑end management of school partnerships, overseas programs, and daily office functions. This position serves as the strategic liaison between See Change Education, partner schools, tutors, and program participants – ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence across all touchpoints. Ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for education and process improvement, this role offers a clear pathway to Program Manager or Operations Lead. Responsibilities School Program Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, managing pre‑program planning and information collection. Maintain and validate school schedules within the system to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure data accuracy. Generate and issue invoices to schools, and conduct payment follow‑ups as necessary. Tutor & Academic Support Facilitate communication with tutors, including dissemination of materials and feedback collection. Coordinate substitute tutor arrangements to ensure instructional continuity. Monitor student engagement with AI educational tools, compile usage data, and share relevant insights with tutors. Event & Special Program Management Coordinate and help execute school events and promotional activities. Manage event flyers, including identifying and procuring suitable materials for each event. Implement pre‑event checklists and oversee on‑site setup to ensure all operational requirements are met. Overseas Program Administration Manage all aspects of overseas educational tours, including flight and accommodation bookings, transportation, and itinerary development. Collect participant details, arrange insurance, and prepare essential travel documents, funds, and medical supplies. Maintain consistent communication between the organization, participants, and parents throughout the program lifecycle. Administrative Operations Oversee printing and procurement through approved vendors (e.g., e‑print, e‑banner, Taobao). Process monthly staff reimbursement claims in accordance with company policy. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in program administration, school coordination, or office management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on precision and timeliness. Proactive and resourceful, capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with overseas travel logistics is advantageous.
