ARCTIC is a leading provider of PC cooling solutions in the US and Europe with a strong industry reputation. We are currently expanding our APAC marketing team and are looking for passionate marketers with a keen interest in PC components and gaming to join us. Responsibilities Influencer Marketing (30%) Manage and coordinate product review campaigns with influencers, media, and tech reviewers across APAC and GrCN. Identify and onboard suitable partners for product reviews to maximize brand exposure and credibility. Track and analyze review performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion impact. Maintain strong relationships with reviewers and ensure timely delivery of products and assets. Prepare reports summarizing review outcomes and insights for continuous improvement. Performance Marketing (25%) Collaborate closely with the APAC eCommerce team to develop and execute advertising campaigns, focusing on crafting marketing messaging and creating ad campaign assets that align with brand objectives. Ensure all campaign creatives are optimized for different platforms and audience segments. Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and creative strategies for improved performance. Work closely with distributors in local markets to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and strengthen brand awareness. Align campaign objectives with both ARCTIC’s brand strategy and local market needs. Provide distributors with marketing assets, messaging guidelines, and promotional support. Monitor campaign performance and share insights to optimize future initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. Others (15%) Provide support to other marketing and sales teams on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing efforts and achieve collective goals. Basic Requirement Degree or relevant experience in marketing/communications. 3 years or above marketing or related experience. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good communication and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin and knowledge of additional APAC languages is a bonus. Bonus Points Knowledge of technical aspects of computer hardware/electronics.
