Support Brand & Marketing Campaigns Across All Channels Create Engaging Content for Social Media & Digital Platforms Assist in Product Launches, Promotions & eCommerce Activities Job Description We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at LIFETASTIC. This role is essential in supporting the execution of our brand and marketing strategies across all online and offline channels. Reporting to the Marketing & Branding Manager, you will be a hands‑on contributor to our team's success, involved in everything from content creation and social media management to campaign coordination and performance analysis. Team & Administrative Support Provide administrative support for the marketing team and assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed. Participate in product R&D discussions and contribute creative ideas. 2. Campaign & Promotion Support Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, festive promotions, and in-store activations. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., designers, operations) and external partners (e.g., production houses, agencies) to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials. Assist in managing joint promotions, brand collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities. Support the day‑to‑day operations of our eCommerce and digital channels. Help track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and digital activities, preparing reports for the team. Provide support for retail marketing initiatives to enhance the in‑store customer experience. 4. Content & Social Media Management Assist in developing and executing the social media content calendar for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu . Draft compelling copy for promotional materials, social media posts, website content, and press releases. Collaborate with the designer to create visually appealing and on‑brand creative assets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or retail industry. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for marketing will also be considered. Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu . Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented with a customer‑centric mindset. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Familiar with MS Office applications.
