Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsible for the company risk management and compliance control, including handling and responding to risk issues, maintaining the internal risk control system and conducting internal evaluations. Handle company secretarial duties and manage corporate documents, files, and seals. Responsible for company registration amendments, assisting in meeting preparation, coordination, and drafting meeting minutes. Oversee daily human resources and administrative matters, including attendance records and report preparation, document sorting and filing, email and OA correspondence, bill processing, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance and management of office equipment. Prepare, optimize, and archive company administrative management policies and procedures. Assist in information technology tasks, manage IT equipment, and implement information security measures as required by the parent company. Strengthen internal communication and coordination among departments and maintain effective contact with the parent company. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in general affairs, administration or compliance Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is a must Excellent communication and presentation skills Responsible and able to work under pressure Familiarity with mainland China writing formats is a plus.
