Role Description The Data Assistant / Data Entry Clerk supports organizational operations by ensuring accurate data entry, consistent record maintenance, and efficient handling of information across various systems and databases. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, updating records, and providing reliable information that supports reporting, decision-making, and day-to-day operations. The Data Assistant collaborates with multiple teams to gather data, verify its accuracy, and ensure timely updates. Core responsibilities include entering data into designated systems, reviewing documents for completeness, and performing routine checks to maintain accuracy and consistency. The role ensures that data is properly formatted, organized, and aligned with established standards. The Data Assistant / Data Entry Clerk also helps identify discrepancies, correct errors, and elevate issues when needed to maintain the reliability of organizational information.
