Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing invoices, statements, issuing debit notes, reminders, and receipts.
- Arrange cheque payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Handle tenancy matters and prepare tenancy agreements.
- Maintain records of miscellaneous charges.
- Handle small claims if any.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Form 5 with LCC intermediate or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Peachtree or other accounting applications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with a good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is preferable.
- Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
