Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel
Job Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices, reconcile account statements, and prepare payment transactions efficiently
- Establish and manage a systematic filing and tracking system to ensure easy retrieval of records
- Oversee and manage correspondence within the Finance Department in a professional manner
- Monitor all licenses through a detailed checklist and notify appropriate parties of required actions
- Ensure the secure storage and controlled accessibility of contracts, leases, and financial documents
- Track and oversee existing contracts, utilizing a checklist to alert relevant stakeholders to necessary follow-up actions
- Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently
