We are looking for an IT Transformation & Business System Manager, with 3–5+ years' experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Technology planning Partner with the Head of Operations to lead and manage IT-driven initiatives to re‑shape and drive company’s technology transformation roadmap, including AI, RPA, VDI, IDC projects. This also includes aligning IT solutions with business goals and ensuring timely project delivery. IT Project management Serve as a bridge between cross‑functional teams (Investment & Trading, Compliance & Risk, Controls, Fund accounting & Settlement) to identify standardization and automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with the IT development team to drive the implementation of scalable and robust solutions. Ownership of Core Systems Act as primary system administrator for mission‑critical platforms, including managing core system configurations, user access controls, and security protocols. Ensure seamless integration between trading systems, accounting platforms, and third‑party tools to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency. Proactively monitor system resiliency, performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Serve as a secondary point of contact for vendors to maintain and optimize hybrid IT infrastructure (on‑premises servers, cloud environments, networks, firewalls, and office devices). Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, implement upgrades, and ensure robust disaster recovery protocols. Collaborate on cloud migration strategies (e.g., AWS/Azure) and enforce best practices. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus. 3–5+ years of hands‑on IT management experience, preferably in IT financial services, asset management, or custodian environments. Skills required Proven track record of supporting and steering critical financial IT transformation projects, delivered to the satisfaction of key stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills especially in Mandarin and English. It is often necessary to communicate with the parent company in Beijing and external suppliers in Hong Kong to complete the work together. Strategic mindset with a problem‑solving attitude and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Good understanding of virtual machine server systems, networks and firewalls. The candidate needs to coordinate system vendors to complete the maintenance of the company’s core IT infrastructure. Good knowledge of system integration and experience with enterprise tools such as MS Office 365, SQL Database, VMware, network/firewall management, and basic scripting (Python/PowerShell). Data engineering competency – Practical experience in database architecture design, SQL query optimization, and workflow automation via VBA/Python. Familiarity with investment platforms (Bloomberg AIM, Geneva, Omgeo) and emerging fintech solutions (RPA/UiPath, AI/ML implementations) is a big plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
