Up to four positions are possible if suitable candidates can be identified. The candidate is expected to have a PhD degree in astrophysics or related principles and will work with Prof. Bing Zhang to conduct research in astrophysics. Recent works of Prof. Zhang can be found at Candidates with research experience and a strong publication record in the directions of multi-messenger astrophysics, fast radio bursts, gamma-ray bursts, and other branches of high-energy astrophysics are preferred. Both theorists and observers are welcome to apply. Applicants who are in the process of completing a Ph.D. degree will also be considered. The starting time is flexible, ranging from immediately to the beginning of the fall semester in 2026. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The University only accepts online application for the above post.
