About the Role As a Concierge, you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Create a positive first and last impression by welcoming and assisting guests. Provide accurate information and arrange services e.g. local tours, dining experience and transportation upon requests. Assist guests with vehicles and luggage handling, ensuring timely delivery and collection. Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries and requests. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You Experience in Rooms Division in sizable Hotels. Responsible, customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated team player.
