JOB DESCRIPTION Perform and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; Prepare monthly sub-consolidation, management reports and variance analysis on time with accuracy; Prepare sub-consolidation schedules for Group’s annual audit and interim review; Assist business units and Group in preparing the annual budget; Liaise with external auditors and company secretaries to prepare for annual audits, tax schedules and other supplementary documents; Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely and in compliance with company policies, applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements; Support and guide finance team members in using financial systems and preparing reports; Perform any ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent certification is required; Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Regional exposures are a plus; Proficiency in financial consolidation tools and systems; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; Good commands in Chinese and English are required; Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure; Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff; Business travel may be upon request.
