Part Time Sales Executive and Customer Services Officer Join to apply for the Part Time Sales Executive and Customer Services Officer role at Cana Academy Limited . Cana Elite Education was founded in 2010 with the vision to empower students to grow and excel through personalised learning. Since then, Cana has grown rapidly and sustainably as a mission‑driven team of over 150 staff, serving families and students from more than 30 countries. We operate two education centres located at Sheung Wan and Shek Mun in Hong Kong. Base Pay Range HK$80.00 per hour – HK$120.00 per hour. What is the Role? Flexible part‑time working hours (3‑5 afternoons a week). Possible schedules include Monday–Friday 2 pm – 8 pm and Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 6 pm, with exact hours to be discussed. Main Responsibilities Communicate with potential customers day‑to‑day to achieve sales targets and enrollments. Increase customer intake and convert sales leads. Provide after‑sales support to build and maintain relationships with students and parents. Handle walk‑in, telephone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries and lesson bookings. Ensure smooth daily reception operations at the centre. Qualifications & Skills University students or graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fresh graduates welcomed). Prior experience in sales and hospitality is an advantage. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Holding an IANG visa is a plus. Working Days & Hours Four weekdays per week. One weekend day (optional). Weekday hours: 10 am – 8 pm or 2 pm – 8 pm. Weekend hours: 9 am – 6:30 pm or 10 am – 6 pm. Location Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
