We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client project management team. Ideal candidate excels in pitching innovation solutions to business stakeholders, strong storyteller, familiar with latest digital technology such as AI, automation, cloud, etc. Must-haves: onshore and offshore resource management, enterprise project, familiar with Agile, excellent English/Cantonese fluency, wide exposure in different industry / from consultancy background. Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs, pitch and bring in new solutions to help business innovation. Establish and refine project management frameworks to ensure effective control and high-quality outcomes. Proactively drive project delivery while balancing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Manage onshore and offshore resources for delivery. Assist in creating regular status reports and tracking project milestones. Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate and monitor multiple project phases simultaneously (e.g., testing, deployment, user acceptance). Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and reporting. Identify potential risks and issues affecting costs, developing mitigation and remediation strategies. Prepare and present stakeholder reports and elevate critical matters. Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for a motivated individual with: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 8 years of project management / product management experience, including managing large-scale projects. Agile practitioner with expertise in end-to-end delivery. Strong storyteller able to uncover pain points from business and propose innovation solutions. Familiar with latest digital technology such as Gen AI, LLM, cloud, automation, etc. Able to work with business user for project planning and driving change. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. Strong interpersonal skills for presenting to stakeholders. Short notice is a plus.
