Responsibilities Conduct applied research on AI and machine learning techniques with applications in biotech. Design and develop internal AI platforms and tools tailored for biotech R&D. Collaborate closely with biologists, computational scientists, and data engineers to translate biological questions into AI solutions. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and computational biology. Contribute to scientific publications, patent applications, and internal knowledge sharing. Maintain rigorous documentation of methodologies, experiments, and outcomes. Requirements Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling. Demonstrated experience applying ML techniques to biological or healthcare data (e.g., through academic research or industry projects). Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proficiency in data analysis, feature engineering, and experimental design. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
