Job Responsibilities Calculate and summarize project budget costs. Prepare settlement documents for clients and subcontractors. Manage the receipt, distribution, archiving, and handling of project documents, strictly adhering to confidentiality principles. Oversee daily inventory management, including categorization, labeling, sorting, inbound/outbound management, accurate ledger recording, and periodic compilation of monthly reports. Digitize and electronically process project documents, building an information‑based project document management system. Assist in developing regulations for document archiving, classification, information retrieval, document appraisal, and confidentiality reviews. 工作內容 負責專案工程預算成本的核算和匯總。 負責編制對建設單位、分包的結算工作。 負責建立專案資料的接收、發放、歸檔和管理，嚴格遵守保密原則。 負責存貨的日常管理，包括分類碼放、整理標識、出入庫管理，及時準確登記台賬，並定期編制月報表。 進行專案資料數位化、電子化工作，構建資訊化專案資料管理系統。 協助編制出資料歸檔、資料分類、資訊檢索、資料鑒定、保密審查等各項規章制度。 Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for engineering‑related majors. Project work occurs at night, with flexible adjustments to working hours based on project needs; ability to adapt to periodic high‑intensity work schedules and comply with project‑based management. Over 2 years of experience in the engineering industry, with preference for knowledge of non‑excavation restoration technologies. Familiar with the operational procedures of CCTV (pipeline endoscope) and QV (periscope) for pipeline inspections.
