With our learning ecosystem, you will develop core banking and functional competencies; you will acquire most in-demand skills such as Data& Analytics, Growth Mindset, Connectivity and Social Intelligence; take part inFintech/ ESG projectsand bank-wide initiatives; gain exposures to China and Greater Bay Area development; and receive support to attain your professional qualifications and senior management mentorship. We are looking for the following attributes and qualifications in candidates joining our 2026 MT Programme: Innovative Mindset - Having forward thinking, being creative and open to testing; Growth Mindset - Having the mindset of things can be improved through effort, learning, and persistence. Positive to challenges, adapt and evolve from failures; Communicating with Impact - Communicating ideas confidently and competently in both written and verbal format.
